This study continues the development of the SYM tool. During an experiment centred on the viewing of a testimony by a relative of a victim of a terrorist attack exposing its non-violent posture, 64 participants were asked to indicate their mood and to qualify the extract with the help of antonym dyads. The new heat map visualization option supported by the cross-tabulation seems to allow a consensual qualification as well as the determination of a trend reaction characterized by the mood delta. This is a promising addition to the experimental setting for researchers. The most frequent reactions by sadness or anger and their convergence with qualifiers such as "devastating", "striking" and "sad" could also be useful in the context of a semantization of the contents
